Recent changes: 2025-04: Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse LAX joined Priority Pass with a $35 surcharge. 2026-01-15: Ritz-Carlton card lost unlimited guests. 2026-06: Plaza Premium DFW Terminal D left Priority Pass. 2026-07: showers became paid at The Club CLT, DFW, LAS, PIT and SJC, and at Virgin Clubhouses JFK, SFO and IAD. 2026-08-15: all Chase Sapphire Lounges left Priority Pass and LoungeKey.

Why was I turned away from a Priority Pass lounge?

Priority Pass lets lounges limit or pause access when they are busy, and some only admit members at certain times. Payment-card problems on your membership can also block entry. Can I reserve a Priority Pass lounge?

Some lounges offer Pre-book in the Priority Pass app or website for a fee, which guarantees entry. Not every lounge has it.
