Good to know
Official DBS support page: KrisFlyer and Asia Miles at 5,000 DBS Points = 10,000 miles, in blocks of 5,000 DBS Points, via DBS PayLah! or the DBS Rewards website. Fee S$27.25 (incl. GST) per conversion, charged to the selected card; Mainly Miles (Aug 2026) says DBS Insignia cardholders pay no fee. Processing: up to 14 working days for a first conversion, up to 10 working days after that. A KrisFlyer auto-conversion programme exists for DBS Insignia, DBS Black Treasures Elite and DBS Altitude principal cardmembers (S$43.60/year, quarterly, blocks of 500 DBS Points; ratio not stated). DBS also converts 100 DBS Points to 170 KrisPay miles (Kris+), which must be moved to KrisFlyer within 21 days; not listed as a partner here. DBS Points are earned on DBS Altitude, Woman's World, Insignia, Vantage and other DBS cards (card list not re-confirmed on an official page in this pass). No hotel partners. DBS dropped Qantas in late September 2026 (see removed_recently). The DBS page and Mainly Miles disagree on fees: DBS applies S$27.25 to every redemption, but Mainly Miles discusses the fee only for AirAsia (charged since 1 March 2026). The official page wins.
Recently removed or suspended
- Qantas Frequent Flyer. Mainly Miles: Qantas vanished from the DBS rewards portal in late September 2026 without notice; DBS published revised terms on 1 October 2026 and removed web references by 3 October. The InsideFlyer report 'DBS cuts Qantas Points transfer option' agrees. The current DBS support page no longer lists Qantas. Ratio before removal was 5,000:10,000.
