It is not financial, investment, legal, tax or immigration advice, and it does not take your full circumstances into account. For advice on your situation, ask a qualified professional.
Accuracy
We build our pages from official sources wherever we can, link those sources, and show when we last checked. Even so, loyalty programs change award prices, transfer ratios, lounge access and card benefits, often without notice, and governments change entry rules. Some information may be out of date or wrong by the time you read it.
Before you act, confirm with the airline, hotel, bank or card issuer, lounge operator or government authority. That matters most for points transfers, which usually can’t be reversed: find and confirm the award seat first, then transfer only what you need.
Mila is an AI
Mila is an AI assistant, not a person. She uses our data and live fare information, but she can misread a question, rely on data that has changed, or make mistakes. Treat her answers as a starting point and check them before you book, transfer or travel.
Entry requirements and passenger rights
Our entry checklists (such as ESTA, the Mobile Passport Control app and Global Entry) summarise official rules by passport. The authorities decide every application and every entry, based on your individual circumstances. Our EU261 checker and claim letter explain your rights under the regulation; they are not legal representation, and the airline, an enforcement body or a court decides whether compensation is due.
We don’t sell travel
Points or Cash is not a travel agent, bank or card issuer. We don’t sell tickets or hotel stays, issue cards, or hold your money or points. Anything you book, transfer or apply for is between you and that company, under its terms.
Independence and trademarks
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any airline, hotel group, bank, card issuer, lounge operator or government mentioned on the site, unless a page says so. Names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. We don’t earn commission from links or recommendations today; if that changes, those links will be clearly marked.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, GJ Consultancy BV is not liable for loss or damage arising from the use of this site or Mila, including missed flights, refused boarding or entry, fees, devalued or expired points, or transfer and booking decisions. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer. Belgian law applies.
