Good to know
Two tiers since the devaluation of 23 February 2026 (MileLion, Mainly Miles). Platinum Charge and Centurion: 500 MR = 250 miles. All other MR cards (Platinum Reserve, Platinum Credit Card, Rewards Card, etc.): 550 MR = 250 miles. Before the cut it was 400:250 and 450:250, so it now costs 22-25% more. Primary ratio below is the Platinum Charge rate; alt_ratios.other_mr_cards is the 550:250 rate. The official SG airline page shows only 550:250 per partner and does not mention the Platinum Charge rate, so the 500:250 figure rests on MileLion, Mainly Miles and SingSaver. Airline minimum is 550 points, in increments of 550 (official); MileLion describes this as 250-mile blocks. Hotel transfers were not devalued. Fees: Mainly Miles and MileLion say transfers are free, but the official airline page says 'An administration fee of SGD$20 applies for point transfer for Rewards Card' on the Qantas entry. That fee is unconfirmed for other partners or cards, so this is a conflict. The co-branded Amex KrisFlyer cards earn KrisFlyer miles directly, not MR. Emirates Skywards has been suspended since 29 May 2025 (see removed_recently).
Recently removed or suspended
- Emirates Skywards. Disappeared from the Amex SG portal on 29 May 2025 (Mainly Miles). The official SG airline page says it is 'unavailable until further notice'. The Feb 2026 rate table sets the price if it returns: 600:250 (Platinum Charge/Centurion), 650:250 (other cards). Suspended, not formally terminated.
