Rate: 12 Points = 1 mile/point for Citi Ultima, Citi Prestige and Citi PremierMiles; 15 Points = 1 for Citi Plus, Citi Rewards, Citi HKTVmall, Citi Gold and Citi Classic (alt_ratios). Cathay's own partner page confirms 12 (Prestige, PremierMiles) and 15 (Rewards). Not eligible: Citi The Club, Cash Back, Octopus and Clear cards. Minimum 18,000 Points per transfer, in multiples of 18,000 (that is 1,500 miles at 12:1). Handling fee HK$200 per transfer for Prestige, PremierMiles, Plus, Rewards, HKTVmall, Gold and Classic; no fee for Ultima, and the Prestige fee is 'waived until further notice'. Conflict: the Citi Rewards card page says the fee does not apply to Prestige and PremierMiles, while the ThankYou page, transfer T&Cs and PremierMiles T&Cs say PremierMiles pays HK$200; we follow the T&Cs. Crediting: within 5 working days for most partners, 14 working days for KrisFlyer, Etihad and Thai (the T&Cs and PremierMiles T&Cs disagree on KrisFlyer: 14 vs 5 days). - Emirates Skywards. Not on Citi HK's current partner list. The MileLion (18 May 2025) reported that Citi would remove Emirates transfers in markets such as Hong Kong.
