Who we are
Points or Cash (pointsorcash.app) is run by GJ Consultancy BV (company number BE 1004.668.887), Kammenstraat 43/B301, 2000 Antwerpen, Belgium. By using the site, Mila or the Points or Cash MCP server, including through an AI app such as ChatGPT, Claude or Meta Muse, you agree to these terms. Questions: hello@pointsorcash.app.
What we provide
Guides, calculators, Mila (our AI advisor) and a public MCP server with read-only tools: transfer options, award prices, points value, cash-back cards and lounge access. It is free while in beta. We may add, change, limit or stop any part of it, and set daily limits on new sign-ups or on use.
Your access
Mila needs a confirmed email address; one person, one address. Keep your sign-in link to yourself. We can suspend access that is used to abuse the service or break these terms.
Fair use
Use Points or Cash for your own travel decisions. Don’t scrape or bulk-download the site, get around rate limits, overload the MCP server, resell or republish our data as your own, use it to build a competing data set, probe it for security weaknesses, or use it for anything unlawful. The MCP server is free for personal use within its rate limits; contact us for anything larger.
In AI apps
When you use our tools in an AI app, the app sends us only what the tool needs (for example, a route, prices and points) and shows our answer, sometimes as a card. The AI app’s own terms and privacy policy apply to your conversation there. Our privacy policy covers what reaches us.
Information, not advice
Everything we provide is general information, not financial, legal, tax or immigration advice. Award prices are typical levels, not live availability. Confirm with the airline, bank or authority before you transfer points or book: transfers usually can’t be undone. The disclaimer has the details and forms part of these terms.
Our content
The site, the data we research and the text we write belong to us or our licensors. You may quote and link to a page with credit. Airline, bank and card names and logos belong to their owners.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, GJ Consultancy BV is not liable for loss arising from using it, as the disclaimer explains. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your rights as a consumer.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it. Belgian law applies, and the courts of Antwerp have jurisdiction, without affecting the mandatory protection consumers have where they live.
