Official HSBC SG rewards page lists 16 airline and 4 hotel partners, each stated like '25,000 HSBC points : 10,000 Flying Blue Miles'. Ratios differ by partner. Points pool across all HSBC SG cards (since May 2024), so TravelOne, Revolution, Premier Mastercard and Visa Infinite all use the same table. No conversion fee: HSBC dropped a planned fee (MileLion, Dec 2024), and Mainly Miles (Oct 2026) says conversions stay free 'until such time as may be determined by HSBC'. Minimum transfer is 10,000 miles, then increments of 2 miles (Mainly Miles). Redemption is only through the HSBC SG app. Most transfers are instant; Hainan takes up to 5 working days and JAL up to 10 (Mainly Miles). Changes: KrisFlyer went from 25,000:10,000 to 30,000:10,000 on 16 January 2025. Club Vistara dropped out after Vistara merged into Air India in November 2024. The 3.5:1 group (Aeroplan, United and others) has been at that ratio since it was added in 2023-24, not a recent cut. Transfer times come from Mainly Miles; the official page just says 'instantly'.
