Atmos for Business is free for companies spending at least $5,000 a year on travel. The company earns 1 Atmos Rewards point per $1 on Alaska and Hawaiian tickets; you keep your own points and get 10% more status points on tickets booked through it. It is not a savings reward: nobody is paid for booking cheaper.

What it means on a trip
Two accounts earn on the same ticket; the traveller decides nothing extra.
You: your usual Atmos Rewards points on the ticket, plus 10% more status points. Add your Atmos number before you book.
The company: 1 point per $1 of the fare, for future travel for anyone in the company.
Unlike Navan or TravelBank, it pays nobody for booking cheaper, so there is no trade-off against your own points.
What we could not confirm
- Fare classes that earn nothing, whether 1 point per $ is on base fare or the total, company points not transferable, award tickets for employees' personal travel, and company points valid 12 months after leaving the program: from third-party summaries of the terms (the official terms page loads by script)
- Whether the $5,000 minimum is enforced (Frequent Miler, October 2026, doubts it)
Other programs that pay the company
Airlines with a business program on top of your own miles.
bluebiz, PartnerPlusBenefit and On Business, and company travel rewards for booking tools.
